Guess the Car Competition – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are applicable to all DriverReviews ran competitions. Please view our Instagram & TikTok pages to enter. These terms apply to our ‘Guess the Car’ competition, which ran across two separate competition posts published on 23/12/2025 and 24/12/2025. Each post constitutes a separate competition with its own prize. The closing date for entries to the post published on 23/12/2025 is 17/02/2026 at 23:59, and the closing date for entries to the post published on 24/12/2025 is 18/02/2026 at 23:59.

1. Promoter

• The promoter is DriverReviews, part of the Michelin Group.

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents aged 18+ in:
• The United Kingdom, and
• Any country within the European Economic Area (EEA) excluding Belgium, Italy, Poland, Portugal, and Luxembourg.
• Employees of DriverReviews (Michelin Group), their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible.
• No purchase necessary.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Follow the DriverReviews account on the platform they enter (Instagram or TikTok).
2. Comment with the correct make and model of the car shown in the competition post.
3. Tag one friend in the same comment to challenge them.

Only entries made on the official competition post will be counted. One entry per person unless otherwise stated.

4. Competition Period

• The competition opens when the post is published and closes 8 weeks later which will be specified in the post.
• Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection

• A winner will be selected at random from all correct entries received by the closing date.
• If no correct entries are received, a winner may be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The winner will be contacted by direct message on the platform they entered.
• The winner must respond within 72 hours. If they do not, DriverReviews reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• The winner agrees that their name will be published on this page for the purposes of announcing the competition outcome.

6. Prize

• The prize is a £100 digital Amazon voucher, or a digital Amazon voucher of equivalent value in the winner’s local currency if they reside outside the UK (e.g., Amazon.fr, Amazon.de, Amazon.es).
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.

7. Content & Conduct

• Entries containing offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content will be disqualified.
• Entries that breach community guidelines or platform rules may be removed without notice.

8. Publicity

• By entering, participants agree that DriverReviews may feature their username and winning entry when announcing the winner or promoting the competition.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data will be used solely for administering the competition and will be managed in accordance with the DriverReviews Privacy Policy.

10. Platform Disclaimer

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.
• Participants release Instagram and TikTok from any liability arising from the competition.

11. General

• DriverReviews reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if necessary.
• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
